Hi there! I’m Aman, Customer Onboarding & Waiver Coordinator at Dubai Ticket Expert. I guide every guest through the onboarding process before their skydive — from waiver forms and medical checks to consent and terms explanation. I make sure first-time jumpers feel comfortable and fully informed before they commit to one of the most thrilling experiences of their lives. My aim is clarity - transparency and trust, so guests jump with confidence and peace of mind.
