I’m Prateek, Accessibility & Special Needs Coordinator at Dubai Ticket Expert — for Warner Bros World Abu Dhabi tours. I assist guests with mobility, visual or hearing impairments - guiding them to wheelchair-friendly rides, helping them understand ride restrictions or arranging accessible transport. I also check with park staff about ride suitability and required precautions. My aim is to make sure WB World’s fun and adventure are accessible to everyone, regardless of ability - while ensuring their comfort and safety.
