I tried [treatment name], and it was unhurried and professional. The therapist adjusted the pressure to what I needed, and I left the room feeling light and relaxed.

The resort itself feels upscale without being showy. My cottage was clean, quiet and comfortable, with a small garden outside. Meals were satvik vegetarian, fresh and light, so I felt good after eating instead of heavy.
