Lufthansa Cargo has announced a significant expansion of its partnership with ITA Airways, marking a new phase in their strategic collaboration. Effective 1 September 2025, Lufthansa Cargo will begin marketing and managing ITA Airways’ belly cargo capacities on three key routes from Asia—Delhi (DEL), Tokyo-Haneda (HND), and Bangkok (BKK)—to Rome-Fiumicino (FCO). These capacities will now be available under the Lufthansa Cargo air waybill (AWB) prefix.
